Chinese language tutorial:
-----------
Step 1 - Go to app.turtlex.xyz and enter your invite code
2 - Click login and then “Download D/Wallet”
3 - Add D/Wallet Extension to Chrome
4 - Once the extension is installed, return to Turtlex and refresh then click on login. When the D/wallet extension pops up, click on “create a D/Wallet account”
5 - Enter your email then select continue
6 - Click on the confirmation link in your email (not required if you used Google authentication for sign-in). If it works you should see this in TurtleX:
Click on the D/Wallet extension in the upper right. You can now finalize your account creation by setting a social password (make sure to write it down)
DO NOT FORGET THIS OR THE SOCIAL LOGIN PASSWORD. You will need that in the future if you want to recover your wallet from your email.
Accept terms.
Then you should see this displayed:
8 - Now with your wallet set up you can go back to the TurtleX app and click on login. You should see a popup like this and can confirm to connect your wallet with the TurtleX app.
Once you are successfully logged in, the upper right login button should be replaced with something like this:
Congratulations! You are now connected as TurtleX user!
9 - Go to Offerings and select an investment product (e.g. Rooftop)
10 - Next, on the project review page select your preferred payment method on the left and the number of shares you wish to purchase. Then click “Confirm Investment”
Payment option notes:
If using cryptocurrency, you will need to have the equivalent funds deposited into your wallet in order to proceed with order processing.
If using bank transfer option, get your bank details ready, since you will need to enter them once you complete KYC
11 - You should then see your D/Wallet popup and a request to apply for your KYC credentials. Select “ID Analyzer” and click on “Apply”
12 - A QR Code will be generated in the wallet and display (This doesn’t always work the first time, if it doesn’t display, try this action again). Scan the QR code with your phone and follow the link.
Then follow the KYC instructions (take a picture of your passport).
13 - Once you have successfully passed that step you can return to the TurtleX app. You may need to refresh the page, but when it requests your information you can confirm and it should populate the fields in TurtleX.
14 - Finally, once all the fields are populated from the wallet into the app, you can add your email manually into the form and then click next to advance to the contract and payment steps (note that this email address is where you will receive a signed contract and other important future communications).
Error notice: If some fields are not populating properly or you are having issues, reach out to support@turtlex.xyz
NOTE: If you selected bank transfer, you need to enter your Bank Name / Acct. No and Swift code in order to proceed.
15 - Contract Review - Review the contract then sign and click “Confirm”
16 - You can then proceed with payment as per instructions.
If you selected credit card you should see this (note credit card option includes an additional credit card fee):
If you selected bank transfer you should see wiring instructions similar to this:
(a copy will be sent to your email)
If you selected NTD bank transfer you should see the same type of screen but with the amount in NTD:
(a copy will be sent to your email)
IMPORTANT: Include the reference code in your wire transfer. All transactions without a reference code will be returned. Once you have wired the funds, click Confirm transaction to request the counterparty to confirm and release your tokens.
—---
Once you have completed your transaction and it has been confirmed by the TurtleX team, you should receive an email confirmation and duly signed copy of the purchase agreement. If you have any questions email support@turtlex.xyz
7.5 - Set a login password (this is what you’ll regularly use to login to the wallet)
